Each year, thousands of orange flags are placed on Augustana Campus in acknowledgement and remembrance of the lives lost and impacted by the Indian Residential School System.
Flag Placing
Sept. 22, 4 - 5 p.m. MT
All are welcome to join us as place orange flags in the quad and down the boulevard entering Augustana's campus.
Memorial Installation
Sept. 23 - Oct. 1
All are welcome to visit the memorial installation to reflect on the historical and ongoing legacy of the Indian Residential School System. The installation will remain up until October 2.
