Hear from sexual assault survivor David Ponich as he shares his honest perspective on navigating the criminal justice system, from reporting abuse to a criminal trial. This talk aims to help listeners understand how the criminal justice system addresses sexual assault cases in a more realistic way, challenging what often plays out in the sensationalized stories found in popular media.
