Registration Dates and Deadlines
As a ¶®É«µÛ student, you need to be aware of the deadlines outlined in the Academic Schedule. Deadlines are firm and strictly enforced to ensure fair treatment of all students.
Information about the implications of missing each deadline is included below. Missing a deadline can affect your course registration, your grades, and your fee assessment. Please be sure to meet these deadlines; there is no fees appeal for missing a deadline affecting your fee assessment.

Notes
- Students who have not paid their fees in full by this date, or made satisfactory alternate arrangements, will be assessed late payment penalty charges. Refer to “ ” in the University Calendar for details.
- Students withdrawing after this date will be assessed full fees.
- If you withdraw from a two-term course from October 3, 2025 to January 16, 2026, you will be assessed full fees for Fall Term. If you withdraw from January 17 to February 4, 2026, you will be assessed Fall Term fees and 50% of Winter Term fees. After February 4, 2026 you will be assessed full fees for both terms.
